Question Anyone have a wind tunnel of outside air on pass side?

Couple weeks ago the wife said "hey, there is cold air coming out at my feet" when we were driving down the highway (30ish outside). I swear she's coldblooded most of the time so just blew it off.

The other day I had her drive so i could see if I could feel it and sure enough, there is a freaking good stream of cold air coming from somewhere. Heat was on, so I know it wasn't that, it almost felt like it was coming from up higher up in the firewall, above that platic piece that holds the cabin filters. Anyone ever feel/fix this? Gonna check into it on Thursday but just wanted to see if anyone else has seen this.

This is all I could find for pics:

and how they were labeled:
1) Cowl top panel 2) Cowl grille Center 3) Side Side Right
4) Plenum panel Front 5) Plenum panel Lower 6) Side Side Right
7) Dash panel 8) Insulator 9) Cowl side panel Right
