Anyone have these lights, or know the buyer?

Not from the same guy but I bought them for my 99-02 and they sucked!!!
1. LED in halo was burnt out, not fixable.(cold solder joint, no connection to LED)
2. Not bright at all.
3. Leaked hororably.
4. Seller never got back to me about a refund, reported to ebay.
