You've got almost the same mods as Rollen, minus the tune. If i were you, i think you might be able to pull off a 14. I would get gears and posi, if you dont already have them, and then a cam. I have a 2000 4.8. My best was 8.5 in the 1/8th, and 13.8 in the 1/4. I took out the 3500 stall in the 1/4, so that killed me. The stall and boost controller are in now, so i should have more times this weekend. Here's a couple pics.

Stock bottom end 4.8, TR224, Pacesetter LT's w/custom 3" exhaust w/x-pipe through a 22" Magnaflow muffler, SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch, Radix w/3.7" Pulley, tuned myself with HPTuners. Havent run it at the track with the blower and stuff cuz it does nothin but spin. need some traction...

oh trust me, best investment ive made toward it yet... definately made the fun factor rise... now not only does it lope, but when i rev it, it whines... love the look on ppls faces...

i will have a whole slideshow of pics son, i tok em, just have to get with my buddy to load them, his laptop accepts my SD card.

i made a track video and speedo vid as well. hopefully i can get them up in a few days.

 

No 1/4 mile times though yet. Still needs a lot of work yet.
