I didn't like the color of my cal tracs when I painted them, so I found some new metal colors at Walmart for dirt cheap. They come in red, blue, purple, and gold. If you like anodized things, then you can do it yourself with these colors. Make sure that you use the brillant silver for a base coat before painting the color on. When you paint the color on, you can make it darker by adding coats of color. I used all the products in the photos, and even a coat of clear. I repainted my cal tracs with these and they turned out great. I could go crazy painting things in my engine bay with these colors, and I think I will. Here are some pics of the colors and repainted cal tracs.

In the sun, looks like a candy apple red.

That's pretty funny. But my truck doesn't get dirty. It's a spoiled rotten brat that never gets dirty anymore.
At least that's what the wifey says. It sits in an air conditioned garage with a cover over it, until it's ready for a sunday drive. and when I happen to blow the carbon out.

Why not? You can do anything you put your mind too! Like I said before, I plan on doing some anodizing to some of the stuff under the hood. I painted this engine cover red, but I think I might do an anodized red. My engine bay is so clean, it could be in a show.

 

that is a real clean truck, I need to wash/detail mine now. Those suspension parts look awesome, im looking forward to seeing them installed.

 

Yeah thats true maybe I will do the front sway bar one these days, a nice Red, I did my calipers Red and they came out great looks nice with my 5 spoke, does the job until I get a brake kit and I have seen your truck pics looks clean @ss hell Im very **** about exterior N interior mines also sleeps inside day time she sits outside *shining* lol
