Default Almost done again..

Finally got around to getting a couple shots of the clear coners, Color matched mirror covers, re-painted Bowtie, lower valance, Smoked tails and third brake light.
The tails are a little darker than I wanted but you can still see them when you press the brake or use the signals.
Still have to put on the color matched door handles I had done.

Looks like you did a good job on the prep work and application but they are a bit too dark, IMO. Looks clean otherwise. If you ever get tired of them, get some '03+ Silverado tails.

I had the tails painted professionally. I guess the guy had some serious problems. The first time I went in to look at them it appeard that the paint was pulling away in spots along the seams in the lenses.
After three weeks of waiting I was kind of glad just to get them back and didn't bitch about it. They are going to get me pulled over but they look cool.

Everything looks awesome to me! What a difference a little color matching makes! Keep up the good work

Coming along nicely. The tails actually look like they were painted black, a little dark IMO, but it works.

Thanks guys. I think the sun made them look even darker than they are, I'll have to take some better pics.

Looks really good, but ya'd better find some EXTREMELY BRIGHT bulbs for those. Few years back I came within a gnat's *** of plowing into a Mustang with those on a dark rainy night. Problem with lights like that is that if you get rear ended at night, it'll be your fault.
