Something is rattleing soooo bad in my passenger. I think the window is loose or something. It only rattles when the window is rolled down. What do you think it is? Can i fix it myself?

 

Both my drivers and pass sides do this. It has all started after I put in my new handles. About every 2 months I have had to take my door panel off and tighten some nuts down. I have found that the window bolts have been loosening up too. I might try a little amount of lock-tight next time. It is very easy to do.

 

I have a rattle in the glove compartment area that I am having trouble finding. I am going to tear it apart this weekend. In response to your trouble, I have taken the door apart a few times for greasing the windows in my old truck and installing my new door handles. It is not that hard to do. I think that you should be able to take it on fine.

 

Sounds like the window carriage bolts are loose.

 

Take that screwdriver out of the side compartment on the door.

 

ha..that's funny. I did have one in there for a while and it drove me crazy.

I have an annoying noise when I am driving on the highway. It sounds like wind coming off of my antenna but who knows what it is.

 

mine does the same thing. i have no clue what it is either. i am just going to take the passenger door apart. it sounds like its coming froim the handle
