Default Added some towing assisters.

I have been looking for mirrors since the day I bought my truck. I don't really want big Dumbo mirrors seeing the truck is stock. About 3 months ago my friend bought an 05 with extending "camper mirrors" and I loved them. Fairly small for daily driving but extended out they are a very useful towing mirror. Seeing they cost $300+ new on line and more from the dealer they were way out of my budget. I found a pair listed for $200 and picked them up for $180. They are in near perfect condition with a small tiny crack on the bottom side of the drivers side mirror.

I had to drill 3 new holes not far from my factory holes to make them fit perfectly. The center hole also was in a slightly different location so I had to open that up a little bit. About 15 min and they are mounted. I have power adjustment stock but need to run power/switches for the heat, turn signal, and extend.

I have a few small things for a final product but they aren't anything you can see. To make them fit was rather easy like I said before.

Tomorrow I plan to get as much of the wireing done. Does anyone know where I can find the wire color for an "03 mirror and the wire colors for my "93 power adjust? Thanks

I am very happy. Much more usefull and they aren't to o big. I don't think I will need to extend them often if ever but it will be nice to have that option.
