Default 4x4 blank

Is there some one that makes a blank that fits in the emtpy spot where the auto 4x4 switches go. I wanna add some switches of my own there. I could make my own template, out of a plastic sheet, but then i'd have to worry about securing it and color matching it I figured I'd see if some one else had done it for me.
