would this fit a 18x9 or 18x8

Yes they will Fit the 18X9 But i would not go with the 18x8
The tires will wear very uneven with that rim width
You can get away with the 9" rim

18*9 will be ok, I think some people here run them on that size rim. Nitto recommends a 9.5" rim at the minimum though.

I went with the 9.5, There really wide.
2-4 looks ok, Maybe 1" lower wold be better
