Default 3/4 drop for 2WD?

i like the stance that Trever1t has. i know he has a 4WD, but i'd like to have a similar setup. i didnt like the look before, but its been growing on me. i wanted 20's, but i've been feelin the 17's for some time now. also i want to keep the rotating weight to a minimum.

is there a recommended setup to drop the front 3 inches, or should i stick with a 2/4?

i was thinking about buying the TVS kit when im ready, but i dont know how it rides. any of you guys with this kit, or the leaf springs? how does it ride comapred to factory? i'd like to keep it somewhat smooth, but i dont mind it a bit tight. i just dont want it super stiff. i might be better off with shackles and hangars.\

also, i was gonna go for the Edlebrock IAS shocks, ive heard good htings. would these be a good choice to go with either setup. what other shocks would be recommended for better ride quality.

I too am interested in how the Hotchkis 2/4 springs ride. I am looking at getting the front and rear springs in the summer. Also, from what I hear, the sway bars make a big difference.

I think for a good 3/4 drop you'd be best with some 2" drop lower control arms and 1" springs, and hanger/shackles out back, but the options are endless.

im thinking either coils only, or mcguaghy's spindles + 1" coil. i dont want to do control arms.

If you like the look of trevor1t's I think the drop would be about the same as a 2/4 for the 2wd platform. I have a 3/6 you check out my sig and it is all McGaughy's. The quality is nice but i would go with the Hotchkis kit if performance is your goal.

Here is a DJM 2/4 Calmax kit. Lower control arms in front and hangers/shackles in back. McGaughy's stuff is real nice as well.

I heard the Hotchkins sway bars were great, but the rear leafs didnt ride well.
