Your right about running bias plys with radials its not fun your all over the place if you don't heat the tires up enough LOL makes for an interesting ride.

Yes track only. When these are done I might try something smaller.

drop it and match the wheels up front to black also and it would look badass imo.

Ya thats a huge killer, infact its the only reason mine isnt installed yet. You should look into a Detroit Truetrac... the price for the 8.625"s has dropped significantly over the past few years... you can probably get one for under $400 BN and the guys that have them on here swear by them.

Btw... sending you a pm

I'm undecided on that. I've got factory ZX3 ride control suspension..basically push a button and the shocks get stiff so it rides like a caddy when towing...so I don't know what to do with the shocks.

lower it, toss the shocks and use the botton for a line lock..... look at the button, makes since doesn't it. BTW, my ZX3 made it go from stiff to stiffer, lol. Not much use to me.

I think it's great for towing, when your empty and ride control is engaged it's a rough ride, but when haul/towing a load and ride control is engaged it rides really smooth and the truck isn't squatting. If there was a way to push that button with some adjustable shocks and it softened them I would definitely do it...then I could have street shock hardness and strip shock hardness controlled by a button... THAT would be ****. Until then I'm looking into a 4l80 swap and gears/tru trac.
