Is it safe, Can you run, Would you install.....
22" wheels in the front and 24" wheels in the rear?

What are your thoughts?

It will be fine as long as you don’t have a 4wd/awd. A lot of guys in south Texas run a 24/26 combo or bigger.

of course its safe. these trucks come with 22s stock

Well I can go left to right and right to left for rotation as long as my tires are not directional.

for whatever reason, i always seem to pick directional ones. so i wont stagger rim size.
although i know i'd like the look.

so long as the tire sizes you put on them maintain similar overall heights, there's no problem & ABS won't throw fits.
