Default 20's offset, backspacing

I want to install 20's on my Silverado 4x4 for street use and was wondering how if anyone experimented with backspacing and offsets. I want to run 275-305 width tires without rubbing the fender or wheel tubs. Thanks for any advice.

I got an '02 2-wheel drive truck and I am running 295/50/20's. The wheels are 20x10 with a +10mm offset. I have had no problems fitting those under. Only rubs at full turns.
