Default 2007-2008 Tahoe rear bow tie removal???

Can anyone please tell me how to remove the Bow Tie off the lift gate of a new body style Tahoe. I am slow and cant seem to figure it out and dont want to mess up the womans truck. Any help....

I know that the yukons have a smooth piece from the factory. that might be something to look into

fishing string or dental floss to cut the the tape. Goo-be gone and some finger rubbing takes the adhiesive right off. The best way would be to get an eraser wheel. polish when finished

I didnt know if it was bolted down or not. i didnt wana to start tugging on it and break a whole bunch of ****. But thanks for the help guys

its just 3m tape i actually used a zip tie to take it off because with dental it would break real easy just put the zip tie undernath the emblem and start pullin on it slowly
