Oh, if you got new springs or torsion bars on the truck, get it aligned but be aware the truck will settle completely only after a month of driving. Most people say one week is fine, but I got a bad shake on mine, about 3 weeks after the alignment. It turns out my Hotchkis springs settled a little more and threw off the camber which affected the toe, causing the shake.
Just make sure when you get it aligned that they do a complete alignment to spec. A lot of shops will just do the toe, and leave the camber alone since it still falls in specifications, but all alignment specs should be equal from one side to the other, and it will make a dramatic effect on the way the truck drives and handles.
