Currently running 18in rims which i like the size but not the wheel design. Found some nice 17in that i like. So question is, are 17in worth the buy because I am not seeing many choices on tires with this size. Not sure if im not looking in right place. anyone else running 17's

 

What types of tires are you looking for? I have had street tires, all terrains, drag radials, and slicks all in 17...

 

street for sure. prob a 275/50 or 55 tire. WEnt on tirerack and discount tire adn they dont have much.

 

I usually look on brand websites first to see if they make the size I want then go looking for it on google.

 

what brand do you like best for street and traction? I am running some michellin's right now but I put those on before I swapped in my lq9. They do good but im sure there are better out their

 

I like my 275/60-17 Nitto 420S

 

those are nice. Nitto has couple good choices.
