Are you sure that's an '05? '05 and '06 models have the same front end and my front end doesn't look like yours. The only thing I can think of is that only HDs have the same front end in '05 and '06.

 

That's my truck. It's an 05 CCSB non HD.

 

only the 06 and 07 1500 silverado's had the hd hood like yours.

 

I believe the '05, '06, and '07 classic HDs all have the same grille. Otherwise if its non-HD, then only '06 and '07 classic have the same front end.
