Just make them yourself. I just heated the stock casings with a blowdryer and used an exacto knife to cut the seal, then used a flathead screwdriver to wear away the glue, then they popped right open. The whole thing took me about 2.5-3 hours plus the time it took the silicon to dry. Here is a pic:

I am not TOO comfortable with doing that myself.... but
If someond has already done that to a set of sidelights and headlights, and would like too sell them. I would gladly purchace them for a reasonable price, weather its to include the price of the lights or just the cost of labor and my core lights to give to them.
Anyone......

I haven't seen any '04 cleared headlamps without the inside looking like a hack job. I don't think it really matters since you can't see it from the outside anyway. I can't imagine it being much harder than when I cleared the headlamps on my Sierra. Go for it!
fluxu8: The silicon is to keep out moisture to avoid fogging of the headlamps.

Ya, the silicon is one of the most important steps, because if you dont do that right you are going to get a lot of moisture and fogging in your lens.
