Default 03-up silverado hid fog bulb

What model HID bulb do you have in your HID fog light setups? Sylvannia has like a 9145 bulb listed for my oem fog light, but the closest i can find is an 880 bulb kit. That bulb is for 02' silverados and prior, correct?

Would there be any advantage in running the 9005 over the H10? One more question: The truck I'm ordering the HID's for is my brothers. He doesn't have e-fans yet, but plans on adding them in the future. I am either going to order the combination of 35W/6000K/H10 fogs and 35W/6000K/9006 lows, or the same fogs with 55W/8000K/9006 lows. Would the difference in the 35W and 55W kits be needed? Will the 55W's possibly overload the charging system on summer nights if he has all the lights on and the e-fans kicking on and off?

Im not sure on the 9005 bulb maybe someone else has ran them in the fogs and can help us out, i have the H10's in my fogs they work but where alittle hard to get in to the light, they needed a little bit of grease on the orings to help them slide in easy. i would say the 55watt kits would be fine cuz on my truck the stock bulbs that i had were 55watt. worst comes to worst you would need to go to the 145amp alt. I run E-fans, 55-watt HID's in the highs, lows, and the fogs all at the same time with my stock 145amp alt and it does fine. maybe some one else will chime in. good luck!
