Default 02' Silverado X-cab...

I've heard that I can raise the front end of my truck(02' Silverado, 1500, 2wd, x-cab, LS) by replacing the torsion keys with 2000 Ford F150 keys...I am needing to know how much of a lift does this give and how hard is it to replace them? If anyone knows of a website or picts. that show the steps and gives instructions...PLEASE SHARE THE INFO!!!

Wouldn't recommend doing this if you want to retain your stock steering geometry. It adds more strain to steering components and wears the tires very unevenly and very quick.

2wd 1500s don't have torsion bar front suspensions, only the 4wd, so the Ford keys won't work for you.
