How hard/impossible would it be to convert my 02 silverado dash to the 03 (03 Tahoe radio and dual climate zone)? What is the difference between the two dashes and what would be involved in the installation?

Probably a whole lot harder than it's worth. The electronics are entirely different between the two years.
