Well i can get a killer deal (1200) for a set of new 20" 5 spoke aluminum suburban/tahoe wheels. i think i can talk it down to a clean 1000. they have > 10 miles on them wrapped with stock firestones.

the one i am talking about is the bottom right - aluminum finish. i took one home and tried it out and the shoe fits... im trying to get my dam picture off my phone, but of the 3 programs i have i cant seem to do it. anyway i think i like it, i like the design, just wish it had a lip. id like to hear your opinion.

Of all the wheels pictured, the ones on the bottom right are my favorite. I think they'd look cool on your truck.

thanks for the reply, i will see if i can steal them for 1000... he said 1200 but im a bad *** employee ... man these ***** go for 300 for the rim themselves.. maybe i can buy the other 2 sets for 1200 and resell them?? first things first get em installed. i was thinking about making a custom wheel lock system to prevent thieves from steeling wheels, MY wheels.
last week someone traded some 2x's off of an chrysler 300 for some blue center blocks. i was thinking about drilling and tapping a hole on one or 2 (the adjacent stud to keep things balanced) and putting a washer a hair larger than the thread so they cant get a deep socket or key removal tool on the lug. the washer would prevent that. secure the washer to the stud with a security screw. seems cheezy but i imagine the thieves would not be prepaired for some jerry rigging like that. anyway i will post pictures asap.

I like those! I wish I had a few buck to drop on something like that. My old stocker rims look like crap. Oh well just anther thing on the list of I want.

About the locks, just wondering why you don't just buy some gorilla locks or something? Are they to easy for thieves to get loose? Just seems like it would be easier and safer than messing with your studs.

huh, actually they were chrome wheels!...
i think any kind of round(ish) lug nut will surcome to the lock remover that a thief would use. atleast if you drill a samll hole (no deeper than the first thread.. id say the torqe doesnt happen until 1/8th from the tip... or so) and put a copper cap or washer thats slightly larger than the lug nut. they wont be able to get that lock remover or anything to grasp the final lug nut. after seeing a car in my complex on blocks, it startltes me. once i get em, im going to do something to keep em..

for example, in my mustang i had a set of facotry locks (smooth outside - design in the middle) it took them about 1-2 minutes to get the lock off. a matter of tapping/hammering on the remover and twist off.
