Default 00' chevy projector headlights

hey guys i candied my front headlights and running lights a while back. and while they look cool and shine decent with stock bulbs , when i was at the camp last weekend and on a road with no lights i realized they werent bright enough for spotlightin deer. anyways i am gonna buy some projector headlights and clearf running lights, i found a set off ebay for 85$ plus 45$ for shipping, i was just wondering if you guys new a place that was cheaper or if one of our sponsors sold them?

projectors for $85......am i wrong is that way too cheap??? someone post up.

$85 for some projectors is really cheap. I would propably look into it. Projectors normally cost $200-300 range(depending on vehicle).

they are probably about as good as Matt's projectors

take a ride with Matt one evening after the sun goes down and see just how bad his projectors suck. Then you can get in my truck and see how nice H.I.D.'s are

You should look at the Sylvania Xenarc x2020 Headlights You will have enough light to spot light deer @ 500 yards LOL

I Found Them All Over Ebay For 85$ For The Set, I Really Justr Want A Decent Looking Headlight. What Bulbs Should I Go With? I Cant Afford Hid's Right Now. U Rigged Them Up Your Self Nick Or Did U Get A Kit?

I would not get projectors other than denali projectors, or course those only fit the gmcs. Most that get the aftermarket projectors like that say the light output sucks. Some of them even run the headlamp with a fog light style bulb if that tells you anything about the light output. If you put any other lamps on the truck other than stock, I would suggest the Sylvania x2020 or just the diamond cut lights.

The least expensive HIDs that I have seen that are any good are the ones that DubSilverado sells (In Motion Performance). I forget exactly how much the kit is, but it is less than most.

But You Can Swap Out The Bulbs,correct? I Just Want Something That Looks Good And Shines Pretty Well.what About The Diamond Clear Headlights? Are They Ok?
