yea man that would be awsome, we gotta do it! i just have to finish fixing my tranny, then ill pm u, i think i would like to go down there!! we'll see and a DURAMAX damn im not sure i could keep up wit that but i would still try. i wanna get more mods on my truck before summer its being in school and working.
i have a 1997! and dont hate to say it cause its the truth, now im not sure how good of a driver he is but we'll see!

i wouldnt be suprised if your truck wasnt under 4000lbs either... i have a buddy who had a 89 that was a long bed, 305 auto... he said wit a 1/2 tank of gas and him not sitting in it, it was at about 3900lbs

I have the same truck and my weight is right @ 4000lbs. If you guys head to Moroso let me know I'm game.
I raced a 04 GT from a dig, we both spun, he caught traction and had me by a fender, then we hit 2nd and he jumped by half a car, we only raced to 50mph. In the 1/8th he would of had me by a car maybe 1 1/2. Its all in the driver!!!!!

I know it's my first post but I've been lurking around for a couple of years.
05+ 3v GT's run fairly decent. A good tune, CAI, exhaust, and gears really wakes them up. Stock 13.6-13.9 is not out of the question with driver mod and depending on weather conditions/location. They give my 2000 T/A more of a challenge than the new edge (99-04) stangs. BTW awesome website here.
