I love small shots of nitrous...75 shot wont hurt a thing!! Adds 75 rwhp My truck runs 13.4 @96 on motor with a 1.92 60' on a 75 it ran a 12.9 @ 105 leaving soft on motor 2.02 60'
I don't have alot of experience with the hemis but they respond to mods like LS motors...
IF he Truly only did headers, I's say its going to be a close race, maybe you win by 1/2 truck still. Do you know for a fact he only did headers?
Either way race him and have fun....make the loser buy beer or something.

Get a good tune on there and spray a 100shot..
Or put your superchips on the 87 tune and put 93 in there.. spray a 75 or 100 shot.. it will make a pretty nice difference!
150 shot took me from a 15.2 to a 13.1 before the turbo went on..... just saying
