Default took out another diesel

a newer ford dually, sounded pretty mean and dumped black smoke, dont know what mods other than the exhaust. From a 70 roll(not a great spot for my truck) we stayed even for a couple seconds then I start to roll out on him, by 100 I am about a truck ahead of him, by 120+ I am about five ahead. Man those big bastards will roll out.

Lots just put an exhaust and some programer in the window and think they are top **** then others actually put money into it and upgrade everything under the hood and you would never know from the outside.

I tried taking on an F-250 once in my old Silverado that just straight walked all over me and the thing looked like he just pulled it off the dealer lot

Good kill OP. I keep waiting to get the chance to run one in my new truck

i would love to have a diesel truck, other than the increased weight, and they usually don't handle nearly as well as my current truck.

i ran a nnbs sierra 2500 crew 4x4 diesel, with dual 5" stacks and a programmer. went from a dead stop to just over 100. at 60mph i had him at my back bumper, at 100 i had 2 lengths on him. awesome race, looking forward to more diesel-vs.-gas runs soon.

Years ago my first encounter with a diesel was a duramax dually riding my ***, I would leave him pretty good from a 55-60mph roll. Did this about four times or so, then we came to a stop and he pulled up and wanted to run from a dig. He put it on me for a good ways, took me to damn near 100mph to get up to him and eventually pass him.
