Nice!! An older buddy of mine gave me a tip thats useful, next time u race him hit ur brakes when u take off that way he thinks he bust ur ***, then let him get big headed and when the times right walk all over him like u just did....

 

Those srt-4s arent all that stock. Those things are quick with bigger turbos though!
I had a few buddies that had them. Too bad its still a NEON or caliber.

What are your mods and how much of a shot are ya running?!

I ran a Stage 1 srt-4 from a 55 roll and he was a car an a half behind me to about 110 or so i let off because its like driving a sailboat after that. He started gaining though. Those little things do work man!

 

traction owns srt4's. try him from a 60 roll and it will be a different race.

 

I ran into one saturday night on the highway when I was testing out the new nitrous tune I made for my truck and his was sick. The turbo sounded like a f16 taking off and it was blowin fire out the down pipe. Sad to say every time we lined up and hit it he just spun the tires off and was banging out the rev limit. But I will tell you that when he got traction he sucked me in quick lol. All in all I bet I surprised the **** out of him lol

 

All it takes os $.08 to make that car run high 13's..

 

All I have done to my truck is a cai,tbs,75 shot and a glass pack....I have a built rearend but kept the stock 373 gears...the trans is built by extreme overdrive but it don't have a lot done to it...but with the corvette servos my truck shifts to late into second...it hits the rev limiter shifts to second..bogs a lil then starts going again

 

I am in desperate need of a tune....if I wasn't trying to buy a house I would have that and my exhaust on
