Just finished detailing the truck and putting the bed cap back on so I decided to go for a cruise about 9PM. While Im on a fourlane in a little traffic I notice a stock looking Hemi single cab but really not paying much attetion to him. For about 2 miles in traffic were jockying back and forth and next to eachother as we catch a few lights. Well I guess he musta read my sticker on the back window that reads "Yeah, It'll Beat A Hemi" because his attitude changed real quick. We catch a light on the fourlane side by side but I really dont want to run because we passed to officers in the median about a mile back and the highway was congested with blind spots, buildings and crosswalks. Well light goes green and outa nowhere he tears off and I just go as nothing happened. I knew he was running hard becuase he was ten lenghts up in front of me and I could smell catyletic converter fumes with him racing all by himself. Well he finally realizes Im not running or hes thinkin he really dusted me and slows down a little so I can play catchup. By the time we get side by side again were rolling at about 50mph and the highway opened up nice and pretty so its game on I give him a few small revs to let him no its on and manually down shift to 2nd gear. Well we hit it about the same time and I pull about 5 lenghts upto 90mph. Than let him catch up. I give him a thumbs up as he goes by and we catch a light about a mile later, he's going straight and Im turnin left and I see him roll down his window so I roll down the passenger side. He says "truck runs good, what you got in it"? And I say a 4.8 liter with full boltons and we go our seperate ways...and no I did not spray lol.

I figure I didnt do too bad with 5 lengths from 50 to 90, it was only a few seconds for me...he looked stock

Yep, sticker tends to make a Hemi mad, think it paid for itself 100 times over in fun dollars.

 

I drug a F150 the other day and actually had a guy that was behind me at the time pull up and laughingly say "That thing got a hemi?"

nice! i had to take out a rc hemi this weekend he had exhaust and srt 10 wheels if that helps him i was going at 75 and he was a a couple trucks in front of me when he floors it and so do i and by 120 i was 5 truck lengths ahead and im also sportin a "yeah ill it beat a hemi"
