Default Offcial nitrous junkie-

well i have offcially become a nitrous junkie, i have been spraying for about a month now and have up'd my shot to a 100 whp shot. I raced my friend who has a VTEC integra w/ a jackson racing s/c, only running 7psi (needs bigger fuel injectors) which his car is pretty quick and all but the blazer totally destroyed him from a dig and then from a 40 mph roll i had him by about 3 car lengths up to 90mph

keep in mind, that w/out nitrous i can barely run w/ a non-vtec prelude.......

agreed, either im gonna build to 4.3L for high compression and nitrous, or swapping in an LS1 w/ a 150 shot on that beast. I think im gonna go LS1 route.

yup... the 4.3L loves the stuff. I'm not as crazy as i may seem... guys on s10 forums are running 120shot all day on stock transmission and stock motor and dont even have a window switch on a A/T...... some have been running for over 2 years and have no problems.... i think im stay at 100 shot and either get a 3200 stall, or wait and just swap the LS1 and drop a 125 or 150 shot on it.

most modern GM V8s can withstand 100 shots pretty consistantly. You might want to look into a better intake first, just a thought. Those old 5.7s are pretty strong engines tho.
