Ahhh...I see. I almost got another race after the Mustang from a kid with a pretty sharp newer ECSB truck (cowl hood, roll pan, aftermarket wheels) but he saw me run the Mustang and didn't want to go. Turns out, his was a 4.8 anyway...

yeah he thought it was pretty tough because of the flowmaster pretty sharp truck though...he needs a tune

 

should go with a Nelson or Wheatly, then a rematch.....the new GT's run pretty good, job well done

 

No offense to the other tuners but this tune has been damn near perfect for my truck...ask Danny (DozerDan) or Tyler (dirt_track)...

 

yeah it'd be hard for me to use anyone else if it was my truck...he beat my old truck with 5.3, 216/224 .551, 4.10's, headers, and dyno tuned, you know...the works... [/excuse]i did have 300lbs in the bed though[excuse]

yah mine is the vortec max...i dont think my truck is the fastest out there thats for sure...but i dont think its the slowest haha....ran a newer gt about 8 months ago and it was good up to 50 mph then we had to let off...i would be happy when i find a good cam thats good for my truck.

 

Yea, during the dig race he passed me at about 60-65. I'm guessing that is a low-mid 13 car. Vortec Max's are definitely quick trucks for being as big as they are. Some see 14's with exhaust, intake, and tune while others don't...
