So a staled out truck with slicks vs a viper truck on steet tires. I think we all know who is gona take this one. That's why I say do a role as well
When I race I like to do digs to bc I run in 4wd. Some cars I kill from a dig with no hope but they will pull me from a role

the stall is true but i run on street tire i also do 4x4 launch but never the less to me a real race is point A to point B wich is a 1/4 mile, but I'm trying to beat him not get spanked by him so , if it happens it should be from a dig 1/4 mile run ! then for ***** and giggles i'll roll race him !

I have driven a built 408 silverado that belongs to the wood hauler on here on the street against a built lightning plenty of times. That truck puts down over 400 on motor easily and I sprayed 150 on top of that. I say run what you brung, both run slicks or both run radials, the better driver will prevail.....lol. There more to it than just mashing the skinny to the floor. There actually used to be several videos I posted up of the wood hauler and myself on the pt.net video site of street compilations, I don't have a high post count like a lot, but I am not a rookie...lol, I 've been around a while.

If you are talking about a RC SRT10 it's mostly going to boil down to the driver.
Those suckers are notoriously difficult to hook up on street tires. They can get loose on about any gear shift or launch. Even on DRs I seldom see anyone really getting the most out of em less they have done lots of runs.
I'd be much more inclined to run one from a dig despite my own challenges of getting off the line clean being 2wd.
