Little update i was talking to one of my friends who lives in town about what happend, and he said he's seen a yellow 02-04 supercharged gt mustang at the local cruise-in. Sooo if thats the guy i ran into, i guess i didnt do to bad after all. Im gonna go this weekend to check this guy out, and see if indeed it was him.
