Lmao! Yea, I'm "that guy". I do have video and the slip. Since then I've ditched the stock steel rims for aluminum, tweaked my exhaust a little more, and leaned the truck out. Don't get me wrong, the truck wasn't stock for that run but nothing more than a few low budget (I had about $300 in mods) but well thought out mods. I know I'm in the 13s now, just have to get to a track and prove it. PM me and we'll toss some ideas back and forth. I don't want to hijack this thread anymore than I already have.

Damn it! There goes my stock for stock argument. Still pretty good for only 300 bucks.

Why? Tundra is built in Texas.

I got one chance to race a ram with my '08 dc. Never happened tho. We couldn't catch a redlight. And he kept punching it everytime we started to get side by side.

Best race I ever had was against a ~2005? Acura TL. I edged it out by a fender. Not sure the distance, it was from a stop to around 90.

Rams are nice looking trucks, and move well for a stock, heavy *** ride. Im turning my tundra back in (lease). Trying to find a used vmax. The nnbs are too fkn slow. I can't find a 6.2 w/o it being a LTZ. They wont make a decent deal on ordering one.

Of course I'm sure it's a factory freak or just really low DA.

What do you have done? I need some ideas out side of bolt ons and nitrous. Supercharger is out of the question. Can't afford it. And don't say unichip, I had a custom tune with my unichip and it f'up on me twice. Now it's out of warranty and I'm not pay 600 bucks for a new one lol.
well the only Newer hemi i have seen run were a quad cab which is like a double cab run a 14.4@96 mph in 67* weather with 3.55 gears and 20's bone stock. I have seen a crewcab on 17s full interior with only a tune everything else stock run a 14.1@98 mph. There is a quad cab 09 hemi with diablo tune and 4.56 on 20's and 275/40 R20 nitto tires running 13.8 here in houston

Crazy. Makes me really wish diablo could figure out our ecu's. Apparently Toyota really didn't want anyone messing with tuning and so far they are succeeding. Hell any tuner would do. Piggy backs are a bitch to take on and off.

It's a piggy back that allows you to adjust your A/F ratio. That's how I leaned my truck out. It's what all the HEMI guys were stacking on top of Superchips before Diablo and SCT. That's the kind of stuff I was going to tell you in the PM.
