Last night headed home almost there a 240 nissan pulls out in front of me and starts going 40 in a 50 mph zone. I ride his tail for a mile or so and can't pass due to the yellow line thing. Suddenly he nails it and i'm totally in my dead zone. But I roll into it and without thinking, my boost hits and I had to slam on brakes to keep from rear ending him. He pulled over at the next light and let me go by. Then Today a 03 mustang GT does the same but I'm in a better place and in need of getting home to take care of some business. I blow past him and leave. He passes my house blows the horn and the day is done. Not bad considering thats the first action i've seen in months. Just priced a stage 3 4L60E with a 3000 Stall I cant wait.

come play at the track next weekend. i am getting my 4.11/ eaton setup put in this weekend..... i have been wanting to see the sweet *** truck of yours anyhow!

i am gonna be up there next Friday, the 11th, if the weather holds up. you can rack up plenty of kills at the track! just watch out for that new RCSB tundra! he sprays a 150 shot and put down a 7.76 last weekend! that bastard.

 

I'm not running too hard right now. I started blowing thru the converter last week. I'm still waiting on them to give me a price on the new one. I'm pretty much babying it right now trying to make it last just a little while longer but I should be able to come down there and hang out. I've been wanting to come down there and watch but just haven't had time or anyone to go down there and hang out with.

 

well come on man, there is plenty of folks to watch down there! i got a guy lined up to put my 4.11's in saturday in gulfport, so next friday is going to be my fastest time....

it better be, anyway. i should have a few nice folks with me, and there are plenty of other good folks up there.

i tihnk i had your number in a pm or something, but if not i'll pm you mine and you are more than welcome to come kick it with us at the track.

Sounds good. I got my call today and it looks like around 2200 for the tranny converter and methanol kit. Usually if I go out there it is to hang with a buddy of mine that used to run the real street class. 1100 to the tires on ten inch tire ain't bad but since he tore his knee up last year I haven't been back so yeah i would love to come down there and hang out sounds like fun. Call me sometime I'll either be at work or workin on the street rods you need to come by and see them.
