Think of 3 identical plastic cups
one 4.8,
one 5.3,
one 6.0.
One 1/4 way full (4.8), one 5.3(halfway full), one 6.0 (nearly full)...all look the same on the outside, but more volume is used up on the inside. (more displacement aka cubic inches)

4.8 and 5.3 are same block and same bore just different stroke. the 6.0 is a different block and larger bore

ya i did, but when i blew the trans there was like a 50 50 chance that it could have broke and i didnt want to take the chance. im just gunna buy a new one, either a 3600 of a 4k, not too sure yet
