When a rich yuppie tells you about his F430, he tells you it's fast as hell. When an English bloke tells you about his Jag You Ah XK8, he'll tell you the performance is mahvelous. And it pains me to say it, but old guys will tell you nothing would ever touch their Boss 302. When you got on the throttle, you couldn't even reach ahead it was pulling so fast. Nobody bothers to put any actual numbers on it! They assume it's a fast car and anything else is second tier. That's the difference between a gearhead and a car enthusiast. The car enthusiast will see the S2000 at the cruise night and assume it's a fast car. The gearhead will see the S2000 and respect it cause it will probably get out of it's own way, but knows that the sleepy looking GMC truck parked next to it has potential to be a power house. Good kill though, put that rich kid in his place.

They are really pathetic cars. The big thing with them is that the owners boast power to weight ratio(being that its a little roadster), yet its a heavy roadster. 2800-2900lbs is not anything to brag about. An RCSB colorado weights 200lbs more. My cheap work truck has better power to weight ratio.
