And it pains me to say it, but old guys will tell you nothing would ever touch their Boss 302. When you got on the throttle, you couldn't even reach ahead it was pulling so fast. Nobody bothers to put any actual numbers on it! They assume it's a fast car and anything else is second tier. That's the difference between a gearhead and a car enthusiast. The car enthusiast will see the S2000 at the cruise night and assume it's a fast car. The gearhead will see the S2000 and respect it cause it will probably get out of it's own way, but knows that the sleepy looking GMC truck parked next to it has potential to be a power house. Good kill though, put that rich kid in his place.
Well put, people read too many magazines LOL and then they make to many claims " well car and driver said I can run a 13.9, but I got a cold air intake and coilovers so I must be in the 12's. Your truck only has a flowmaster." and then you get on the street and the queers don't even want to look at you LOL.

Good kill. I think they generally run low 14's. I know the Accord with same drivetrain runs a mid-14.

They are really pathetic cars. The big thing with them is that the owners boast power to weight ratio(being that its a little roadster), yet its a heavy roadster. 2800-2900lbs is not anything to brag about. An RCSB colorado weights 200lbs more. My cheap work truck has better power to weight ratio.

The accord never had the same drivetrain as the S2k.

i thought you were saying they were nothing to brag about because they are 2800-2900lbs. I read it wrong. I apologize.
