I had never really raced anyone before tonight. First was my buddy with a 5.9 ram extened cab. We went from a dig and I spun hard through 1st and he just barely scratched so i caught in 2nd and walked him hard I let off @ 80 and had him by 5-6 trucks. that had me feeling good.

My second race ever, I pulled up to a 99-02 silvy that looked pretty good. I really wasnt expecting a race out of it so i was just crusing with him. Well he jumped on it a little so I gave him the nod back so at the next light we went from about a 10 roll and stayed pretty even, he was at my mirror. So i figure it was the 4.8. my truck isnt that quick and has been running badly.anyways, at the next light he purged twice, gave me the nod then turned right and scatted away. If he would have sprayed he would have been gone, but I guess he figured I wasnt worth it.

kool, what color was the truck you raced 99-02? is yours an ecsb or rcsb and what color is your truck, may have to watch out for ya, ya know hehehe

the other truck was victory red with a really clean tonnuea and it was on 20's and yeah I have an ecsb
