Thats gonna be even worse. I was having to literally roll untill like 15-20mph and then ease into WOT to not spin and that was with brand new INDY 500's. LOL! I think I ran like a 14.7 or something and wasnt even gonna waste the n20! You should be able to hook up ok with street tires and posi though! Dont you love the extra TQ and the top end of the LS1?

I just wanna go to the track because I havent been in so long. Traction on the street sucks right now. I slowly rolled into the throttle yesterday till about 25 mph and then punched it. Doing so resulted in my tire instantly going up in smoke. There is some kid at my school that has been talking **** about my truck, and how his car is faster. He has a maxima with boltons and a small shot of giggle gas. Last time I heard he was running mid 14's.

What RPM are you shifting at?

You do realize thar a Dodge Neon R/T is only 150HP right? Now if it were an SRT4, that would be a diferent story...

This is pretty embarrassing, but I had a modded neon almost stay even with me in my old 95 LT1 Z28 when it was stock
I did a cam, blower, and exhaust, but the damage was done. I sold it 3 months later.
Sorry it just reminded me of it

I am staying right by the school off of Bent Pine Dr. Its about 2 min from school. The Jag building is right across the street from BMW.

Yes I am aware of that. That is why I said at the top of the thread "I know that its not even worth posting, but I absloutely wasted a Neon R/T".

I picked up my second kill tonight against my friends LT1 Z28. We went from about a 40 mph punch, and I had pulled about a length on him by the time I shifted into 3rd. We let off at 115 mph because of a traffic light in the distance.
