yea race from a roll, only if he can lauch good. most cant.. if he cant launch good he will bog and u will get the jump only to have him reeling u in. i have heard and seen for myself that if u rev hard enough next to an evo 8 it will turn off. dont ask me why or how..its a drivers race.. ive seen stock evo 8s run 13.5-14. bolted and there into the high 12s. now the evo 9s are sub 13s, and the mr can hit 12.9 stock with a great driver.

i love evos ive been around a few down here.. no doubt that i would like to have one.

i drove my friends last week, wanna buy one for a dd. there quick but only if there is a good driver driving. they have a lot of turbo lag down low, u start to feel it spool up at around 3500! but not sure who will win.

 

my friend, who has a low 11 sec z28, his mother drives an 06 vette,his dad has a 68 camaro, and my friend also has an s10 with a built 350 in it.. he loves chevy.. he drove another friends souped up evo 9 mr. me and him were so impressed. he said he would trade his z28 for it.. those cars are awesome..

 

could not have said it better i dont care if its faster then my truck it sounds like a wet fart and its only got four cylinders. the other thing is if he took the turbo off that car is just a slow pile of :turd

 

yeah, **** evos if anything get a WRX STi ... God those are sexy asians! haha but I was talking to a guy with a 212/218 in his 5.3 that kept right on his buddies evo's bumper when it had exhaust. Im pretty sure thats all it had. But do it, it'll be a good race if anything. I got a guy with an SRT4 thats afraid of me after I get my cam in.. but he doesnt know much about **** so go figure haha
