There's a guy at the dodge dealership here that has a CC Hemi that is always talking **** on my friends 4.8 which can beat him and When I told him I'd run him whenever he wanted he said he'll race in Sept '11. lol I told him he's scared and he got all butt hurt and tried talking **** about him being older and wiser than me. I just laughed and will be looking for him every time I'm in town.

 

I think you can take him, those Viper trucks are over-rated.

 

They run damn good in stock form. But they don't run 9's like this cat is claiming.

race him, ive raced 2 now with them having intake and exhaust, i have a 2wd crew 5.3 with cam and vorthech at only 5 pounds. both trucks havent bested a 13.7, one did 102 and one did 104, i ran a 13.7 at 102 full weight with 20's, and i ran a 13.40 at only 90 with drag radials cause my tune wouldnt let it shift up. i think you got him

 

yeh you have a good shot. Just because he has the power, doesnt mean he knows how to lay it down. Its the same reason why ppl get the new gt500s w/ 500hp and cant get any lower than 12.5s in the 1/4

 

let me tell you something he is freakin lying. There is a 10 sec srt10 and he has 1200 HP but is having traction issue so yes he is lying....

go smoke his *** i hate some of those SRT10 guys cause they act like there trucks are the best.
