Wow that remindes me of the vette club GTG in denver They were asking me why would you put slicks on that? haha

 

A good friend of mine (whom is a big nitrous/lt1 fan...His is pretty fast) was confused why I would mod my truck.I showed him a vid of your truck when it was stock shortblock and explained the mods.....Pretty sure I added to the confusion when i did that...Which around here we like to call it (fucken with bench racing "Craig" math.)
Last thing i did to show him "why?" was take him for a ride in my truck...After we got out he me how was I able to make a Whipple 4.8l run like that?I said its called "boost" Craig...that
was at 12#'s and i should be able to get by at 17#'s when i get the fuel squared away.I think it was a couple weeks later he called me asking if i could help him go turbo.That was his way of saying he believed me.Which was pretty cool cause, that dude is one hard headed ****.
