I snapped the tensioner in 2wd... He wanted to do one run in 2wd. We lined up, I spin, peddled the gas, and threw the belt and broke the tensioner off.
Just got home... I am pretty pissed off considering I have had the blower for 6 years and never broke a tensioner. Time to upgrade to the hd tensioner I guess.
We got some video from a couple freeway runs... That was about it. He said he was going to post them up.
We will line them up again this week...

The call out was 2wd to 2wd. Not 2wd to 4wd. See page 1 if you are confused.
Sounds like you either need better tires or some driving lessons.
I will gladly line 'em up again.
Your monster LS may make 200hp more than my little stock L, but you cant get it to the ground. Hence the 2wd call out. My Lightning hooks pretty friggin hard in street trim (as you just learned). If you want to run 4wd vs me then we can "negotiate" that for a future race.

Its funny how you called the rolling rape "playing around" lol either way both are nice trucks, and "run what you brung" typically doesnt have restrictions on 2wd/4wd..His truck came from the factory with 4wd/your with upgraded suspension (svt) and a blower...next race I hope you both just race your trucks...as you drove them there!!
