I just want to know why do all the guys with the vortec 350's always run straight pipes, is this just my area or have you guys seen this too?

 

no the guys around here have like 12" glass packs with 6" "tips" redneck to the core

 

hey i had 10 glass packs on my vortec 305 and then i put straight pipes on it.

I run True Dual 12" Glasspacks on my s10 blazer with no tips.
way too loud. I'll do something about it when my uncle gets the trans put back in.

Btw Grady an I lined up on the way back from the GTG and he stomped my '03 every time. He was probably at 4 truck lengths doin 60-90 and way too many from a dig.

 

yeah they do that around here to a buddy of mine has a 90 model 350 that way and is always talking about how fast it is said he beat an older SS with the 454. He's always asking when were going to race but we never do.

 

Race him for money so you have more mod money...

P.S. The older SS's with 454's aren't anything special stock...
