I litterly just had this race with a newer M4. I know not as much HP as the M5 but for what it has it pulled pretty good on me up top.

It was a good race. We both hammered down at 20 mph or so and it took him until 75 to come around me. He pull 2 cars or so and I held him there until about 100 when I let off. If it was from a dead stop and I 4x4 lunched it, I could of held him off longer. But he had better legs up top no matter what.

At only 454 HP it was much faster than I thought. My wifes scat pack with 485 hp but alot more weight is a really good match for my truck. We have only kicked it a couple of times and really never have a clean race. But I'm either right beside her or slightly in front of her.

RedXray I remember seeing Jimmy Hendrix, 3 Dog Night, Quicksilver Messenger Service and Bubble Puppy in 69. I was 18. Was so pissed my little brother traded Allman Bro's tickets for Humble Pie. Grand Funk sure put out the tunes for a 3 piece band. Now I'm old as fk but still kickin' *** and takin' names. Still love my rock and don't give a fk lol. Boston yes, one of the goat!

Born and raised in Charlotte,

Seen some killer concerts at the old Charlotte (Bojangles) Coliseum

Hatchet, Cooper, AC/DC, Elton John, KISS, STYX, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kansas, Mothers Finest, Bad Company, Marshall Tucker Band, Ozzy, Grand Funk and my favorite band of all time Boston!

I snuck in two fifths of George Dickel Tennessee Whisky at the KISS concert hidden in the sleeves of my late brother in laws Vietnam army jacket he'd left me. They pat the guys down at the door and inspect the girls pocket books... I simply raised my arms for the pat down with the liquor bottle necks in my palms!

Then we have the 1972 North Carolina state (RSROA) Roller Speed Skating championships when I was fifteen... I was super fast on speed skates... then the hotrod bug bit... wish my cars had equal success

KISS concert November 25, 1976

WHAT this photo is like 49 years ago (July 1972)... OMFG was that ME

that was the prime of KISS.

I take it the new nitrous kit wasn't on the ready? Chance encounters like this make me glad I made the swap to boost years ago.

I can't blame him though. I would have done the same thing if I was driving that a saw some GoPro's pointed in my direction.

No N2o, if I had the extra 100hp I may have been able to keep up...

I still need a bottle heater setup to finish the install. Thinking about adding Holley's pressure sensor and wiring kit to the NOS Mini 2 Stage Progressive Controller to monitor bottle pressure on the mini 2's LED screen. Wanting to wire everything at the same time so I only have to route wires to the arming switch and controller in one go. I hate working under the dash at my age lol.

Looking to be finished around the beginning of March.

Me?
Wasn't using my GoPro,
just front & rear dash cams that are pretty discreet.
