Okay... Now I'm beginning to wonder if you were in an 11 second Camaro afterall. The 7 series can be had with over 400hp, but they weigh quite a bit. They surely don't run 11's when factory stock. Once the thing is moving, it will accelerate well for sure. But well enough to out accelerate a car with nearly matching hp/tq that happens to weigh about 1000 lb less? I cant tell. Seems far-fetched from here.

There are a couple of good BMW shops/tuners in Houston. And there are several around here with superchargers and they make some great power. Maybe ya came across one (?)

I thought AMG was exclusive to Mercedes?

AMG Badges? On a Bimmer? Hmmm... I'm thinking you were getting dusted by a Mercedes Benz. Perhaps it was a new S65, with the 612hp "biturbo" V12. That would be quite understandable.

From a 60mph roll... It's, shall we say, NOT THE ONE!! Those are absolute bad ****'s and while they do play the radio, it just don't matter!

www.mercedes-amg.com might give a pic of it you can distinguish.
