i really like the hemis. my dad has a 05 quad cab sport package hemi(all the ridicoulous red decals removed of course), and its fairly quick for how large that truck is. now mind you, it doesnt keep up with the SS by any means , but its not always all about that. the truck is much more fun IMO to drive, and it just really glides along the highway. i love driving the hemi. i could have easily been a potential hemi owner, but i am a extremely satsified GM/ SS owner, and i have nothing to complain about. but neither does my dad in his hemi.

 

When I was at the track last thier was a Ext. Cab Hemi running 9.7's bone stock. I gotta give props to dodge for making a quick truck. Was at a red light the other day and a RCSB hemi pulled up beside me with pod gauges and a teenager driving it. Light turns green I stay right beside him as we leave the light, he looks over and gives me a yeah right look and stomps it. I stomped on it and pulled about 2 truck lengths on him and shut it down. He would'nt even look at me when he pulled up beside me.

 

 

I test drove a brand new 2004 RCSB hemi when i was looking to buy a truck and wasnt impressed. Now dont get me wrong, i like the Hemi trucks but i was just expecting alot more. Then i found my Black 2001 RCSB 5.3 On the used lot with low miles and the right price and had to buy it!! I couldnt be happier!!

Awhile back i was on my way home from work and got to run a hemi through the industrial roads. It was 12:30am so we were the only 2 on the road. I walked him pretty easy. I have a K+N Fipk and exhaust. I know he had at least exhaust. Nice trucks but im glad i bought my BOWTIE!!!
