So sorry to hear this. glade to hear that the driver and passanger are ok. thats one of the worst recks i have seen that that they have made it out alive.

He has full covarge and gap so it will be paid off
and it's bad it's still in Texas it has not been sent back to Oklahoma yet
Jesse the driver is still in the hospital in Houston

I'm glad they are ok. Had the truck been wrecked before. I noticed the black front fenders.

No not wrecked it's an 04 he did the 07 swap and he was about to paint it but not any more

Insurance covers the vehicle when being operated on public roads, on a track is a different story. In order to not pay the claim they would have to prove he was in fact "street racing" not likely to happen. Besides if I went out and got **** canned and had a wreck insurance would still cover it, however most ins policys will not cover damage in relation to a felony ie... evading etc.... In most states street racing is not a felony and hard to prove with out a officer wittnessing it.

It sucks for all involved in the wreck and if they were in fact racing I hope they all learned a lesson.
