Any of you Dak guys help me out here??? What is the stock Top Speed Limiter?? I had a R/T hanging with me at 120 and he was saying it had no tuning... just headers and full exhaust w/ a K&N CAI ( which I saw )

My '99 hits the limiter at 117.

 

I am thinking that he said his was an 01.... but that is about the point he gave up.... thankx !

Yeah, around 115-118 I believe, though I think some may have had 108, but am not pos. on that one.

 

my 2000 would cut off at 115,till the MP pcm

my 99 would cut off about 105 to 110. but with the power programmer 125 e-z.

 

my 99 rc R/T would not shut off i used a GPS got truck up to 142 mph ran out of road but it still had a little bit left in her
reason why it would not shut off DUNO ive allways heard that they did around112-115mph but not this one my friend also had a 99 rc r/t that did not either

 

IXCELR8 - Someone may have put a MP PCM on before you bought it.

 

We have yet to find the speed limiter on my brothers '99 Sport...it DOES have the 3.9/5spd but I've seen 125mph in it on a downhill-downwind run

 

NO I bought it brand new!
