Bed is off and stock fuel system is removed. Think I'm going to have a fuel cell made locally, thought about going with a DbRods cell but he doesn't seem to come on this site much or have a website to contact him. Trans is currently apart and waiting on parts, were slowly but surely making progress

Such a nice build an truck. For your rear tires tho, did you have to shorten or cut away anything?

Thanks I appreciate it! As far as the rear is concerned, nothing has been cut or shortened. Honestly, you could go with a slightly (and I mean very slight) wider tire but leaf spring clearance becomes an issue.

Super nice truck! I currently have a 2004 that I'm slowly trying to work on. Hoping to lower the stance and put some new tires and wheels on it in the next few months. My brother and father also have a couple they working on and our goal is to have them done so we can cruise to the rod run in Pigeon Forge, TN next April.

Sweet truck! How did you color match the front bumper, ie lose the chrome?

Thanks! Everything was painted by a local body guy, I know the majority of his time was spent sanding then just used a self etching primer..

Unfortunately nothing yet still waiting on the trans but I told him I wasnt in any hurry the remodeling project on my house has forced me to neglect the truck lately but we're about 90% complete so the truck will be the priority soon!

Little Update: Teamed up with Atomic to get some seat brackets fabbed up. Decided to throw some Corbeau FX1 seats in. After tons of measuring I think we've gotten on the right track and should have something soon. Can't wait to get this project up and running again!! Don't mind my amateur drafting lol
