Msd spark plug wires. Coils are not worth the money! Running same gears you have.
Airaid filter piping and spacer, tuned for 91octane only can't put the cheap stuff in it!

 

similar setup to mine, i have msd wires too, along with ngk plugs cause the truck started getting random misfires around 60k miles so i did plugs and wires and it stopped.
